Redirect Message In Safari

I've just started noticing that I occasionally get a redirect notice before a page loads in my browser. I've never noticed it until recently. The message states "Checking your browser before accessing www."website".com. This process is automatic. Your browser will redirect to your requested content shortly". Is this normal, or is something up?
