Neat Desk Scanner on Macbook Pro running Yosemite

I've had a Neat Desk Scanner for awhile now but running on my PC. I decided to use it on my Macbook Pro and so far have had zero luck. Normally I just plug things in and they work but this scanner doesn't do that. I see it in the system report under USB, but it doesn't show up in Image Capture or the Neat Scanner App.

I went through all of their trouble shooting from not using a USB hub, to unplugging and plugging it back it, power on and off, reinstalling the app, reinstalling the driver. None of these things resulted in any changes. In their own diagnostics this is all I see:User uploaded file

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The Model is ADF 070108 and I'm running the latest version of OSX 10.10.2
