Q: Why do my macbook pro 8,1 (Late 2011)  fans keep on turning on all the time with no significant workload?

Problem description:

My fans keep on tuning on with the slightest computer work (browsing, word) I already cleaned the fans with compressed air and reset the SMC., added RAM and changed to a SSD.

They are still turning on to its maximum (very loud) most of the time.
