iPhone 6 & 5s Use in Mexico - Apps

I am moving to MX from the US. I have purchased apps from the app store here in the US. My question is two parts:

  1. I know my iPhone 6 is unlocked so transferring it to another carrier in MX requires me to just purchase another SIM card. I get that. My Q regarding the iPhone 6 is will the same apps be made available to me on my phone down in MX? I'm not sure how Apple regulates the apps use and the countries I can use them in.
  2. The other Q has to do with a brand new unlocked iPhone 5s that will be used in MX. Can I add the same purchased apps on my iTunes account to that phone once I get connected in MX or am I limited to downloading those apps outside the US?

Thank yo in advance for your response(s).

Most apps are available worldwide, even if they're english only, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Apple states however: "After you change the country of your account, you won't see the items you purchased from the previous country’s store in the Purchased section." You'll have to either download them before changing iTunes Country, or get the free ones from the mexican app store.

If you want to keep all your purchased (not free) apps, i suggest you download them on your computer in iTunes so that you can delete and sync them back to the iPhone without going to the App Store.
