Can anyone help me with error "TLB invalidation IPI timeout"?

I periodically have my Macbook 3,1 freeze up and demand that I shut it down. I have (silly me) ignored it until now because now it is happening more frequently.

Hi micahfaulkner75 You could go to you activity monitor in utilities and check cpu and ram usage . Scroll thru the apps to see if you have something running that is using to much ram or cpu. I see you have vitualbox installed. Go to the preferences for it and see if you can disable it when not in use. Here is a link on kernel panic. Make sure you have everthing updated even third party apps. Back up you drive in case you have to reinstall your operating system. http://support.apple.com/en-us/TS3742

Can anyone help me with error "TLB invalidation IPI timeout"?
