This is something that has been going on for a while but I was only noticing it whole watching videos in facebook. I will be watching a video and it's at a normal volume but around 10-30 seconds into the video my phone's volume decreases by nearly half. However, the volume is still set at the same level it originally was. No indication comes on the screen, no alerts or anything like that. It simply decreases and I cannot turn it back up.
I Thought it was a stupid facebook app error but I just notice it happen on spotify as well. I had my phone connected to my car stereo via Bluetooth and I had listened to a few songs, my phone volume was all the way up and all of a sudden the volume decreased by half of it's loudness. I tried turning my phone volume up but it indicated that I was already turned up to full volume. I had to turn the car stereo way up to hear it properly.
I Have tried to restart apps and restart my phone but nothing works. Any ideas?
