How do I find files saved to drive

I Am relatively new to i pad and not a big user of files, but some email attachments I receive from fri ends get 'saved to drive, when i Try to open them. I seem to have iCloud on in my settings, all switched to on, but how do I actually get into the app to see my 'files'? Thanks

Are you seeing something like this:

User uploaded file

If so, that means you are using the Gmail App, and what its doing is saving the attachments to Google Drive. In which case you would need the Google Drive App to view the saved files there.

FYI: This is just an interaction between Google Apps and services. It has nothing to do with iCloud. or iCloud Drive.

i Personally don,t do anything. if there,s an attachment with a little black logo on the bottom left of said attachment and I touch on it (or in fact on the actual attachment itself), a black bar on the bottom of my screen says ',saved to Drive', but I have no idea where that is. I googled this query and got a lot about icloudmdrive, so I,presumed this is where these things are going. I am not a techie person, but once learned I don,t forget, just never had to,use this before.
