If that does not work bring the phone to an Apple store

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that didn't help, restore your iPhone > Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes - Apple Support

The "Reset All Settings" worked perfectly for me, no restart or Blue Screen of Death for 2 days and my iPhone 5S seems snapier too! This trick is much less of a hassle then restoring. (thought some would like to know what works for some).

Mar 15, 2015 9:52 AM in response to Krafixby Krafix,I'm sorry to say the problem wasn't solved after all, the blue screen of death + multiple reboots is back. How come we cannot find any answer as to what it is caused by? I read hardware problem or battery or memory failure. This is a real pain...
