Something wrong with my built-in camera

Hi all:

I'm having trouble with my MacBook Pro (2012Mid, 13-inch),

the built-in camera just don't work. Like it completely disconnected form my Macbook Pro.

the facetime and the photo booth only said "No camera connected".

I have tried to reset my PRAM & SMC but the problem still there, and the keyboard backlight can't adjust automatically.

Is there something I can try before sending it to repair?

thanks all

When your Mac cannot recognize the camera in System Information after you have tried all the suggestions already offered, you likely need professional help. Unless you have a current backup of your startup disk, make one now. Then use the final "Troubleshooting" suggestion:

"... contact Apple or an Apple-Authorized Service Provider for service."
