iPhone 6 slow, freezes, unresponsive

My iPhone 6 is extremely slow/laggy and sometimes unresponsive.

This happens when going into an app such as Facebook (takes nearly 1minute to open up), going into 'settings' can sometimes take 15seconds where the settings page loads but the phone is unresponsive, safari hardly ever loads any pages- the url will change as if the page is loaded but it is just white.

Updated to the most recent OS; 8.1.3

Phone is only two days old.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

From your post I see that your iPhone 6 is sometimes becoming unresponsive. I can definitely understand how this is a frustrating issue, especially since this is a new iPhone. To start troubleshooting this issue, I'd like you to please follow the steps in the article below.

This answer doesn't even come close to answering the question above. Our phones boot, it's during use that the horrible performance and freezes. especially in Facebook but also in email and other apps.
