Q: iPhone Configuration Utility

I work in a windows environment and 1 of my tasks is administering wifi access for smartphones.

Iphones where easy before support until the support on iPhone Configuration Utility was dropped. This wasn't really a problem since it still worked for my purpose (retrieving the Mac addr without configuring the iphone) until iTunes received it latest update. I could roll back an iTunes release but this isn't a permanent solution.

Up until the last iTunes update iTool was an alternative but this application was also effected by the update. Apple Configurator could be a replacement but isn't available for windows systems.

Any working solutions?
