Hi - first time on here, so apologies for any protocol mistakes.
I have an iPhone4S and a PC running Windows 8 on which I'm trying to sync the calendars. I'm sure this used to work, but since updating iTunes on the PC (to 12.1.0.71) and iOS (to 8.1.3 (12B466) on the phone I can no long upload calendar entries to iCloud.
New entries put on either the phone's Calendar, or into Outlook don't appear on the other device, and checking on iCloud.com, don't appear here either. If I enter something directly onto iCloud.com however, it does appear on both the PC and the iPhone. Wierdly, if I then delete this entry from either the PC or the iPhone, it does disappear from the other device as you would expect.
So in summary, events entered directly into iCloud.com behave as I would expect but events created on a remote device don't upload into iCloud.com, which is presumably why they don't propagate to other devices.
I also have an iPad, and somehow this does appear to be able to sync it's calendar with the phone (but still not with the PC)..
The iCloud settings on the iPhone didn't have Calendars "On" (presumably a fall out from the iOS upgrade), but I've turned this on to no effect.
I couldn't find an answer to this on the other threads here, but apologies if I've missed one which answers it. I would appreciate any help though, as I have to admit to being pretty baffled.
