Photo editing app

I'm searching for an image editing app that will allow me to change the colour of components easily? Does something like this exist? Eg. if I have a photo of a table with coloured blocks on it, I want to be able to select items in the picture and change the colour of them. I'm looking for something user-friendly that even a kid could use basically, nothing involving selecting perimeters of objects etc.
