Q: iPhone 6 ear speaker not working

I have iphone 6. starting yesterday when I answer a call the other end can hear me but I can not hear them.

I can however hear them through my bluetooth in my car or on speaker. I have tried hard reset & headphones

in and out. Then randomly it worked for 3 phone calls then doing it again. Please help.....

how can I start hearing through my ear again? :-)
