sine upgrading to 8.1.3 my iPad opens then shuts down. I have done a reboot but the problem is still persisting.

I Took it into the Apple Store they said it was a bug. They rebooted and said it would be ok..but the problem still exists.
I recently upgraded to 8.1.3 now my iPad opens but closes again immediately. Sometimes it will the reopen. I have rebooted the the problem persists.
