hassan this problem arises due to damaged touch id sensor, due to this problem you cant install new updates on your apple device. kindly try tro replace the lcd assembly and check again. rebooting, restoring wont work for this problem. and don't update the device with your pc itunes in this condition, your device will bricked. Apple won'y let you to update with broken parts.
