I accidentally changed 'My number' without taking note of the old one. How do I fix this?

Pretty much the title. I got a new phone recently with a new number. And accidentlly changed the "My number" in settings. Now my phone seems unreachable and since I didn't take note of my old number I have now ay tot change it back. Is there a way to resore it or do I have to contact my provider to find my own phone number?

Use the phone to call a number near you and see what shows up in the Caller ID. You could also look in Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and it should display the number it is activated to for iMessage. That number is picked up from the SIM.
