So I tried to update my software on my Iphone 6,I have the newest update for itunes i.O.S.8 and a fairly new laptop. The update was working fine until about halfway through when it came up with an unknown error 53 saying update could not be completed. I tried a few more times and it still did the same thing. So tried to restore factory settings with the same problem happening again. I've tried turning off the laptop and back on again and the same with the phone. I've turned off my firewall and still to no avail. I tried connecting it to another laptop and this still would not work! Any help would be extremely grateful!!!!!
