cannot turn on wifi after upgrading to ios 8..(latest software) for iPhone4s yesterday.

thanks a lot for the information..
rainy had tried this out soon after the problem was arisen...
this is 8.1.3 software problem whereby rainy had already been apple service centre for help when rainy was at wits end:'(
yet rainy was told that this cannot be fixed which wifi function is burned as it may due to older model phone which is not compatible with the latest software(8.1.3) that causes this to happen...
what a disappointment APPLE has given to rainy since this is a software issue...think rainy is not the only one who has encountered this, it should not prompt consumer to upgrade software since this is the case...
Despite from wifi faulty,battery life is shortened ...battery will be drained out overnight even it is fully charged and no using at all:'( in addition it is started lagging & screen brinking)
a sofware upgrading which had totally destroyed the device:'(
