Q: unable to use address line following latest update from Apple

Have OSX Version 10.9.5, 2.9CHz Inetl Core iS, Memory 8GB.

 

On January 3i, Apple made remote update to Security system 2015-001 and Safari update Version 7.1.3, and Remote Desktop Client Update version 3.8.2. 

 

Since then unable to do inquiry using address without system sending out alert and Safari crashing.  Has happened several times, with Apple being sent copy of same report created on each occasion.  Have attempted to move search from Google to Goose or Amazon, but no change in outcome.

 

Any suggestions?
