    Hi marggrim,

     

    I see that you wish to send a message to a group of contacts. You can create groups of contacts by using the information in the following article:

    • If you want to address a group of people in an email instead of entering all their email addresses, create a group. From the File menu, choose New Group and enter a name for the group. Select the All Contacts group, to view all of your contacts. Then drag names from the contact list onto your new group in the group list.

    And, it's considered good form to drag the group to the BCC: field so everybody doesn't see everybody else's email address.

     

    Most providers/ISPs have limits as to how many can be sent at a time, usually 50 to 100 is the limit.
