Home sharing not sharing library to 2nd computer

I have Home Sharing set up on my 2 PCs. Both are authorized devices. I can't get my library to show up on the 2nd computer. This began prior to the IOS 12.1 update. I have been able to see the library twice but both times it disappeared shortly thereafter. I have tried logging out of Home Sharing and logging back in but it doesn't change anything. What am I missing?
