Q: I Phone 4S Bluetooth is not working with other phones

Bluetooth function is not working for I Phone 4S with any other make or any apple mobile and even not getting paired.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.2

There is no BT pairing supported between iPhones and other phones.
