Q: I am unable to remove my credit card information off account. Because of that I am unable to update apps. PLEASE HELP

I Am unable to remove credit card information off my account. The "none" option is not listed. I went under iTunes and settings and payment info then it makes me check a credit card if I leave all fields blank it will not let me save it turns all the feilds red and states I need to fill in blank fields

Hey akerlyj,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are not able to select none on payment information. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
