iPhone 5s broken screen and home button.

My iPhone 5s (black) recently fell from a very short height and the screen cracked. The home bottom fell off as a result of the cracked screen, but the phone still works perfectly. As I've heard, the fingerprint deactivates with this and I also need a screen replacement.
