When I try to Airplay a video that is on my Windows 7 PC with iTunes to my Apple TV, I got the message :
An unknown error occurred (-12667)
Windows 7 is up-to-date, iTunes (12.1.0.71) is up-to-date, Apple TV (7.0.3) is also.
When I Airplay music it is working, when I play from Apple TV the same video it works.
This was working few month ago.

You could try installing:
iTunes 12.1.0.71 for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) - itunes64setup.exe (2015-01-28)
which is a 64-bit installer for a 32-bit core program, similar to all previous 64-bit releases of iTunes, or roll back to:
as appropriate if that hasn't helped.

Hello,
I finally found out what is the problem with this error.
It is due to Kaspersky anti-virus.
When I change the network settings for “Control all ports” to “Control only selected ports”
Airplay video work !
An even better solution to that problem is to uninstall Kaspersky completely. It is totally worthless on a Mac. The only thing it can do is use an inordinate amount of resources to cause problems.

I am so sorry that your will have to keep the nuisance of AV software because of Windows.
