Q: My account has been locked for security reasons however I only have my password and cannot access account so my phone is now locked and I cannot access it what can I do?

I have been informed my account has been locked for security reasons however I cannot complete the two-step verification as I only have my password, this is extremely annoying as I can't get onto my phone now as it was reset and my itunes account is linked to the phone and I cannot log into it as it needs me to complete the two-step verification.
