In my numeric key pad I can not use the decimal dot (.) because it has a (,) and this not work with decimal calculations. What I can do? Help ………

Just guessing, but might have look at the Grouping and Decimal in System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced.

Hi Manuel,
Go to System Preferences > Language & Region to ensure your language is included. Click on the + to add a language, click on - to delete a language.
Then click on Keyboard Preferences...
