Need help converting a TV show from HD to SD but I can't see any cloud or Auto HD tick boxes or the sort of thing?

I recently downloaded a TV show for my iPod nano 7th gen but it was HD, and I need SD. Is there any way I can convert for free so I can sync? (I read about using the "Download HD when possible" tick box thingy but I couldn't find it, or the cloud. Is it the new update that has made things different, or just my computer?)😕

Hello Bananna12,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you need an SD version of a item you purchased. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Purchasing and viewing HD videos in iTunes - Apple Support

To download the SD version, you need to download the video again from your Purchased page.
