I am still connected to the router, just no internet unless I disconnect from wi-fi and reconnect (either via airplane mode or another network). Happens constantly. I've tried to change the 2.4/5Ghz band, frequencies. Tried disabling the 5Ghz band. Tried playing with DNS/IP settings. Nothing works. Same issues everyone was complaining about last October but was supposedly fixed with iOS 8.1.1 or 8.1.2. iPhone 5s and my Dell laptop have absolutely no issues with the connections. It is definitely the newer models (ipad air 2 / iphone 6).
