iPod
Q: Issues
Apps keep force-quitting every app I open, even the Apple apps. Then iPod becomes unresponsive for a couple minutes. I tried restarting it & plugging it in, it's still glitchy. I turned it off & let it sit for a few minutes, it's still unresponsive & slow.
iPod touch, iOS 8.1.2, iPod touch (5th Generation)

Desktops
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
