Forgot my iCloud password + security answers

I've recently changed my iCloud password on my iPhone 5S, but too bad I forgot my password. Now I can't access my contacts because I unable to login to iCloud account. I've tried all possible solutions to reset password on iforgot.apple.com but...

1. Using email:

- First I entered Apple ID - My Apple ID is an icloud.com email (success)
- Enter Birthday (success)

- Choose "send verification to email" (Failed, I forgot my iCloud password so can't check icloud.com email, don't have any rescue email too)

2. Answering security questions:

It's my bad, I bought my phone for more than 1 year so I can't remember my security answer.

Is there still any solution to reset my iCloud password?
