Hi everyone
My husband bought me a Veho VFS-002M film scanner, I've downloaded what I think are the up to date drivers etc (as the mac just spits out the cd that came with), plugged the device into a usb port, the device lights up but the mac with not connect to it.
I've tried uninstalling my epson printer/scanner to see if thats the problem but no.
Any ideas please?

disconnect the usb device
reconnect the usb device
if it does not work contact the maker of the usb device

Thanks for your help...I've tried what you suggested but still no luck and I have contacted the maker but no answer from them as yet
