MY IPAD ID DISABLED AND TELLING ME TO CONNECT TO ITUNES

Once the Connect to iTunes screen shots on an iOS device it must be restored by connecting the device to a computer and restoring the device. Preferably connect to the computer you normally sync with. Once the Restore is complete you can recover your data from a recent backup if you made one. Apps and other purchased items can be downloaded again without charge as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used to originally download the items.
