I can not find this link for the life of me:
Visit online Order Status and click the "Pre-sign for this shipment" link
I can get to online order status, but I can't get to "Pre-sign for this shipment" link.
I have looked for at least 30 minutes - it's not
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), iOS 8.1.3

Unfortunately, we are just users here and not many of are likely to be able to test this - it requires having an Active Order. I see in this page where the statement is made - just as you posted it

Some products do not allow for pre-sign so the link does not appear. If the product has already been shipped you also no longer can pre-sign in most cases.
