Error Code 1671

I'm trying to update my iPhone and to IOS 8.1.3. I updated my iPad last night with no problems. My phone told me to plug into iTunes. I keep trying to download and it keeps coming up Error Code 1671. What can I do? My phone is not usable

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.3
