Mar 9, 2015 9:53 PM in response to kkiilljjooyby leecooker,Any answers yet? I too have a 4S with this virus on it. Unbelievable, and to think I also hated U2 growing up, as they were my sister's favorite band and she played them non-stop. Please help us!
I have tried the removal tool weblink as well, and it doesn't work! Have reset, signed out/in from iTunes, blah blah blah. Do I need to re-sync my entire music library?

Mar 24, 2015 1:29 PM in response to kkiilljjooyby mamabenton,Sadly I agree that this is horrible! I've followed all of the instructions for removing this album and can't get rid of it. I hate the music and it is driving me crazy because I exercise to my music everyday and the shuffle option is now not really available unless I can reach the phone to skip over these horrible songs! I have a 5s and have never done any jailbreaking, etc. I have tried every suggestion offered that I can find on the web and nothing is working. Of course, Apple just told me that if I paid them $29.99 they might try to help me. Is that an even bigger joke. or what?
HELP!

Apr 11, 2015 8:49 PM in response to kkiilljjooyby cdavidc,I was having the same issue and (as a die-hard apple user) was cursing apple for the last year every time I plugged my phone in to my car stereo to charge and had it auto start a U2 song. Then I got it! Plugged my iPhone5 into my Mac, opened it up in iTunes then opened the Removal Tool again and logged into it. Worked perfectly. Hopefully this helps.

Apr 23, 2015 4:58 AM in response to mamabentonby mrbasso123,I agree it is completely crazy that we have to get this album added to our iTunes, without ever agreeing to it. I stopped using itunes music a long time ago, since I found out that your purchased songs disappear after using it on more than 5 devices, so a few years later all my purchased music was gone. Now I use spotify or internet radio. But now everytime I connect my iphone to the car, it starts to play these stupid U2 songs, they are the only songs in my music library and I can't get rid of them. If I don't get help from Apple on removing them, my next phone with be a Samsung.
