How to determine which apps are causing memory leaks

Hello, I was in an Apple store a few weeks ago exchanging my iPhone 6 for a new one & during this process my old device was plugged into an iPad the tech was using and she pulled up a screen that showed which apps were causing a memory leak. She suggested I delete & reinstall those apps to improve performance on my new device.

Anyways, my question is does anyone know how to do this from home or is this only available to staff? Is there an app that shows apps that are causing memory leaks?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the reply but no, that's not what I'm referring to. A memory leak, from what I understand, is caused by an app that crashes. When it crashes it doesn't close properly and even though it doesn't show up when you do the double home button tap, it may still be running in the background causing a memory leak which can also cause the device to become sluggish or unstable. If you're able to identify which apps, if any, are causing memory leaks you can then delete & reinstall thus improving system performance.
