I understand that two keys on your MacBook Pro keyboard are not functioning as you would expect. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the troubleshooting steps outlined in the attached article.
One or more keys on the keyboard do not respond - Apple Support

Because this issue is still happening, I would further suggest opening the Keyboard Viewer to see if the keys are even being registered when you press them individually. The attached article will walk you through opening the Keyboard Viewer; please let me know what results you have.

The next troubleshooting step I would suggest would be to isolate this issue by testing in a new user account. Please follow the instructions in the How to troubleshoot OS X user accounts section of the attached article. The article has not been updated for Yosemite, but you can use the same instructions that are available for OS X Mavericks.
