Line voltage flickers when connecting rMBP to AC

When i connect my retina macbook pro to my AC and uses it, line voltage flickers. No flickering issue on MBP. No screen flickers. No adapter light flickers. Only external line voltage flickers. When i disconnect laptop it's back to normal. I tried connecting in different circuits in different lines. still the issue persists
