Q: unlock iphone 6 plus from Japan - Docomo.

Dear APPLE Customer Care,

I appreciate quality of APPLE's customer care service.

My problem is as in following paragraphs.

My friend bought it from a man on eBay,and sent it to me as a gift for my birthday

The seller did not tell my friend that this was an DOCOMO Locked version.

Now I couldn't contact or return this iPhone 6 PLUS to him

I am very sad because i could not use it

I couldn't make calls or use any network services until I'd heard about program from APPLE to unlock off-contract iPhones.

Now I am living in VietNam, so definitely that I couldn't use APPLE network in Vietnam and any other network in my country.

I hope APPLE will consider to unlocking my iPhone, so that I could use a local wireless network provider in VietNam.
