iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.3
it's stuck into itunes logo and i can't update or restore ...
please help!..
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.1.3
First of all, bad, bad idea upgrading to iOS 8 on a 4S.
From how you wrote it seems that your iphone in stuck in recovery mode.
You may try a quick reset by holding down the home and power key at the same time.
After that you should see the "connect to itunes" icon on the screen at through itunes you should be able to see the recover from backup option.
Hope it helps.
it was a bad idea but i cant go back now ... the reset doesn't change anything .. only a red itunes logo on my screen ..
sorry for my bad english and thanks a lot for the reply..
Hold down the Home and Power buttons until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds).

dfu mode is now on the way to restore ............... but again stuck in the middle of the bar and an error (14) message display on itunes of my pc screen....
another error now (27) ...... does anybode can help me?
Here's what the Apple Support site says about error 14:
Check your USB connections
Related errors: 13, 14, 1600, 1601, 1602, 1603, 1604, 1611, 1643-1650, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2006, 2009, 4005, 4013, 4014, or “invalid response."
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you may be unable to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, you can also change up your hardware:
If you're still seeing the error message, check for hardware issues by following the next section.
Related errors: 1, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1000, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
These errors mean that your device or computer may have a hardware issue that's preventing the update or restore from completing.

It's common place for backups that are corrupt to have any number of random errors. You should Google corrupt iTunes backups and you'll find some options for solutions. The decipher backup repair blog offers tips for possible ways to fix some of these errors which might be helpful for your own backup.
