When using Family Sharing, the Organizer is responsible for all purchases that are on the account. To change that you can handle this in one of two ways. The first is you can purchase an iTunes Gift Card and apply it to your account. When you do that, the gift card balance is taken first before using your mother’s payment method. the other method would be that you would be the organizer so that all of her purchases go through you.
