screen jumping
I have an ipad 3 wifi only and it just started to have the screen jumping left to right on occassions it comes and go's.
iPad, iOS 8.1.1
Try resetting the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
If you do notice any pattern to this behavior, it could be helpful if you would share that information.
