Microsoft actually has a website dedicated to transferring data from iPhones to Lumia phones. You can transfer it via Bluetooth or use a Windows Phone syncing app, available on Mac or PC.

Looks like a nice website. However, the OP wants to go from a Lumia to an iPhone. And no, you can't transfer data to an iPhone via BT.

You can do that via a Gmail account. Import it to the Gmail account and then download them to the PC. Turn on icloud.com and then log in your iCloud account. Import the files to the iCloud and it will be automatically synced to your iPhone.
