Nokia 6280 and Bluetooth Address book messages
Hello,
I am not sure if this belongs somewhere else, but seeing as it involves address book as the application, here I suppose is as good a place as any.
The Nokia 6280 which is now supported by iSync does what few phones I have had in my time did (and I have had a few) And that is the ability to send messages through connecting to Address book with Bluetooth and whilst connected, clicking on "mobile" on a person's card and selecting "send sms"
With the only other phone I've had that did this, the received message was displayed on the screen and the text of the reply was placed in the Notes field of that persons card. This does not happen with Nokia 6280. Though of course, the reply is in the inbox of the phone.
"So what's the problem?" Well, if you are having a conversation whilst doing something else, the fact that it has to be one way with you constantly looking on the phone for the reply deems it less a point in the first place.
Is there a plug in that can solve this or is this a no go with this particular phone?
Steve
