I'm having an issue and wonder if others are seeing this issue. I recently upgraded to 8.1.3 and now I'm not getting text message forward through my iPhone to my MAC or iPad. Sometime in the last week or so the text messages stop. iMessages are getting through, My blue bubble friends are fine however my not-quite-with-it-yet green bubble friends message are not making to the Pad or Mac.
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
Hi,
Set up iMessages on the iPhone.
Set it up on the Mac.
Add the apple to the iPhone so they link/sync as Apple calls it.
Put the iPhone on your LAN (Wireless settings)
Only at this point will you see the Text Forwarding option.
Select the Mac.
Wait for code - enter on iPhone.

Ah found it i think with 8.1.3 I needed to turn on Message forwarding. Under Settings Text Message Forwarding is the ability to turn on or off forwarding.
Wait, I think I'm having the same problems. I used to see all messages I do on my iPhone on my Mac message app. But now I don't. I think I updated iPhone and MacBook Pro and I don't know how to fix. I don't see any forwarding option on my iPhone setting page. What do I do?
I turned iMassages off and on and it worked. A message showed up on my Mac asking accepting the phone number. How complicated. That is why I am always afraid of clicking yes for updating anything...

Worked for me when my mac book pro stopped getting calls and messages from my iphone. I just turned off imessages and turned it back on. Settings/messages - Turn off iMessage and then turn it back on.
