I do not remember my security questions and when i tried to go in and reset them it did not give me the option to do so. i need help trying to get this fixed

I would advise you to switch to 2-step verification for exactly this reason: many people forget their security answers. You will see a link to set up this verification once you're logged into the Manage AppleID site.
