Why does my highlighting in iBooks keep being 'deleted'? I spend ages reading my textbook and making notes and highlights only to revisit the book later and the work I've done is missing! It's happened a few times now and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. This is using my iPad air 2.

I have a similar problem.
When I try to open the iBooks I get a blank blue screen. Then I power down the IPad and wait 5 minutes and sometimes I leave the IPad powered down overnight. When I try to open the IBooks again, it is the same scenario, a blank blue screen. Sometimes the next day or the next few days, I am able to get into the IBooks app, but within a day to five days, I cannot open the Ibooks App again.
It does not open most of the time and only a few times I am able to use the iBooks.

I could not see Highlight option at all on my iPad air with iOS 8.2 and iBook 4.1.1, I only see three options: Copy, Select and Definition, no Highlight option at all. Do I need to do some setups in order to see the Highlight option? Please help.
I have the same problem and I cant find anything to solve it!!!
