Another workaround is to delete the pictures in the National Geographic folder and add your picture there. Hard drive level Library/ScreenSavers.

Sorry about spell checker error in my post - no recognition of "Yosemite" ! ! ! ? Maybe I seriously mistyped . . . .
I'm not keen on 'workarounds' - I'd rather Apple fix it like it was.
Thread " Screen saver problem. Yosemite" suggests reload of OS X; again the user does the work.
And I'm still waiting for Apple to fix the iMAP email problem . . . .

Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
Or you can use your Apple ID to register with this site and go the Apple BugReporter. Supposedly you will get an answer if you submit feedback.
